◆Memorial publishing

We are planning to publish a special proceedings including both papers and art works. This proceeding can be treated as a professional achievement judged by referees. All the papers and works passed the review by committee will be accepted. Therefore the usual abstract book for the oral session will not be made. Furthermore the program committee will check the quality also of the art works strictly whether the work is appropriate for the meeting of Basic Design and Art.

◆Papers

* The papers must have even number pages as 2, 4 and 6 pages on a publishing style. The half of the first page should be English abstract, the rest half page should be Japanese abstract (summary). The second and other pages should be native language main text. (Please look at the format for the layout and symbol size.)
* The papers are classified by page number as follows; "report" for 2 pages, "article" for 4 and 6 pages.
* The first page of "report" has English abstract of half page, but without Japanese abstract.
* The manuscripts should have a complete format for the publication. Both PDF files and hard copies should be sent to the conference desk.
* Each Society must lump all the manuscripts and send to the conference desk by 10 July 2007.

◆Technical information for the exhibition (only one work for one person)
